Pain in the heel or arch

Heel pain can have several causes, including plantar fasciitis. Evaluation helps identify the source of pain and guide treatment such as stretching, activity changes, shoe support, or other care.

Flat feet can be painless, painful, longstanding, or changing over time. Evaluation helps identify whether support, exercises, bracing, or other treatment may help.

Problems with the big toe

A change in alignment at the base of the big toe that can create a painful bump. Nonsurgical care may reduce discomfort, while surgery is considered only when appropriate.

A big toe joint that will not bend the way it used to. It makes push-off painful and stairs harder. Caught early, it is easier to keep the joint moving.

Thickened or discolored nails can have several causes. An assessment helps determine whether a fungal infection is present and which treatment is appropriate.

Thick skin that builds where a bone rubs. The skin is the symptom. The pressure underneath is the cause, and that is the part we treat.

Nerve and joint pain

Burning, numbness, or the feeling of a pebble under the ball of your foot. An irritated nerve between the toes is the usual culprit.
Stiff, achy joints that are worse in the morning or after rest. Your feet have 33 joints each, and any of them can be affected.
